I'm Ada, and I'm a psychotherapist, clinical psychologist and coach. Most importantly, a free spirit with a free mind that hates broken promises.
I started out as a coach because I wanted to create a space where people can regain clarity, rediscover their inner resources and have a strong “arm” in dark times.
My coaching approach is about partnering with you to explore the solutions and perspectives already within you, even if they’re not always easy to see.
I believe that coaching is a collaborative journey—one where we support each other in uncovering the answers you’re seeking. Rather than giving advice, I focus on asking the right questions that help you tap into your inner resources so you can feel more confident, empowered, and ready to move forward.
In our sessions, we won’t dwell on what’s missing. Instead, we’ll celebrate the strengths and tools you already have and explore how to use them to create meaningful progress. I know firsthand how valuable this process can be—during some of my own difficult moments, all I needed was to refocus, trust myself, and embrace the decisions I knew were right.
My coaching style is flexible, open, and completely pressure-free. There’s no set list of tasks, demands —our focus will always be on what matters most to you right now. I believe that all this culture of complaint, high standards and pretentious unhappiness is eager to abolish our natural self-esteem and sense of will. So, our sessions have sanity and democracy.
Coaching isn’t about providing ready-made answers. It’s about creating a supportive space where you can think things through, explore your options, and take action in a way that feels right for you. Alongside that, I offer a realistic approach with practical steps that lead to visible, long- lasting changes.
I’m here to listen, support, and offer you a safe space to explore, grow, and take those important first steps toward change.
