My passion has always been people.

I have been working in Customer Care for over 20 years, and beyond roles and processes, what truly defines me is my connection with people, their growth, and the meaning behind everything we do day by day.

Throughout my journey, I have worked with diverse teams and created contexts where people feel seen, heard, and encouraged to grow—not just professionally, but also personally.

I believe that each of us already has the answers within. Coaching has given me the framework to discover this more deeply and to support others in their own journey of clarity and courage.

I aspire to be a catalyst for people’s growth—to support them in accessing their inner resources, finding their direction, and building a life that truly feels aligned with who they are.

In everything I do, I bring a desire to create clarity, energy, and joy in the lives of the people I interact with—and to do things with meaning.

Beyond my passion for working with people, I strongly believe in the power of meaningful connections and being there for others at the right moment in their journey.

I am deeply grateful for all the people I have met along the way and for the role they have played in shaping who I am today. This has also taught me how important it is to have the right support and trust when you need it most.
