At Mind Learners, we are specialized in using the latest research in neuroscience, positive and developmental psychology to create leadership development programs where self-awareness takes center stage.
 
Our mission is to increase leaders’ levels of consciousness through transformational learning experiences. 
 
Since 2011, thousands of leaders have attended our workshops, we coached hundreds of managers, and, through the Transformational Coaching Program, we have helped build a community of leaders committed to becoming agents of positive change in their teams, companies, and beyond. 

We hold a deep belief that by being more aware of ourselves, we can actually become not just happier, but also more responsible, more caring of others, more conscious of our impact in the world, and more capable of actively choosing to make that impact a positive one.
 
Conscious leaders build businesses that are not only profitable but also ethical and sustainable, businesses that not only grow but also nurture the wellbeing of their employees and become forces for good in the communities they touch. Through our learning programs, we aim to bring our contribution to supporting this shift towards higher consciousness in the business world.

Our program aims to create awareness, transfer knowledge, and inspire people towards a new and better style of managing relations, learning, and conducting business.

Coaching as a management skill is one of the most robust methods of achieving those results.

 

However, not all managers have the time to go through a lengthy development program to become accredited coaches, but would need more than a 2-day program to become better coaches for their teams.

The program is designed as a spin-off of the Mind Learners Coaching School, one of the “oldest” and best coaching schools in Romania.

 

Since it’s starting date in 2015, more than 100 people have graduated and are making a difference in their organizations and environments.

 

With this experience in mind, we have put together this program that combines our expertise and knowledge, in order to equip you with the best tools to excel.

We designed it in 5 Modules. It will not only provide you with top coaching skills, techniques and knowledge, but also support you in integrating the practice in your usual management approach:
