Numbers tell stories. Not just about revenue and costs, but about decisions made under pressure, about teams that gave everything they had, about leaders who carried more than they showed. Over twenty years in finance taught me to read between the lines — of a report, of a meeting, of a conversation that said one thing and meant another.

And what I found, every single time, was people.

Long before I thought of becoming a coach, I was already a person in the room who wanted to understand what was really going on. What makes someone hold back when they have everything it takes. What keeps a brilliant person playing small. What shifts when someone finally gives themselves permission to see things differently.

I believe each of us carries more than we give ourselves credit for, answers already inside us, sometimes buried under old beliefs, fear of judgment, or the weight of stories we've been telling ourselves for too long. My role is not to hand you a map. It is to sit with you in the not-knowing, ask the questions worth asking, and trust that you will find your own way through.

I work with people in transition: in career, in identity, in the quiet moments when something needs to change but you're not yet sure what.

If any of this resonates, I'd love to connect.
