I am Anca and I am a continuous learner, always trying to look at life from different perspectives, loving to see the potential in people around me and to listen to their stories.
For years, I have been curious to learn more about the human mind, to understand how & why we react to certain triggers and the greatest lesson was that we are all different, but these differences are also the things that are fantastic about us and that make us unique. Now I am grateful for this “curiosity” of mine, because combined with my professional background of more than 11 years in Learning & Development and HR Systems Consultancy, it has led me initially to a journey of self-discovery, which subsequently led to learning about others and me becoming a coach.
My desire as a coach is to support women who feel trapped in repeating similar patterns to find new perspectives and (re)discover a life in accordance with their values and strengths.
