I am a Transformational Coach & Career Development Facilitator.

A few years ago, I found myself at a crossroads, feeling that there was more, but without a clear direction yet. I was working in fast-paced business environments with high expectations, which helped me grow, but also pushed me to ask deeper questions about what I truly wanted.

That was the beginning of a process of realignment. I started listening to myself more intentionally, making conscious choices, and building a path that genuinely reflects who I am.

One thing remained constant throughout: the energy I feel when working with people and contributing to meaningful projects. That's what drew me to the NGO world, a space where contribution and real impact go hand in hand.

Today, my mission is to walk alongside people who are standing at that same crossroads, those who sense that something more is possible, but aren't quite sure yet how to take the first step.

I hold an ICF-accredited transformational coaching certification and a GCDF (Global Career Development Facilitator) credential. These two are not separate offerings, they form a single, integrated approach that supports both inner clarity and practical career direction.
