Denisa Mihalciu-Genes

I'm a career coach and senior HR professional with over 13 years of experience in recruitment, candidate evaluation, and organisational consulting, across both agency and in-house environments.

I work with people navigating career crossroads: whether you're stuck, changing direction, preparing for interviews, or rebuilding your professional story from the ground up. My sessions cover career direction, CV and LinkedIn, interview simulation, and the kind of honest, structured conversations that help you move forward with clarity.

I'm also a tutor in the TSA International Professional Recruiter Certification Programme, which means I sit on both sides of the table and bring that dual perspective into every coaching session.

Outside of work, I recharge by travelling, discovering new places, cultures, and people. That curiosity and openness is something I carry into my sessions: I ask the right questions, offer fresh perspectives, and create a space that feels both safe and energising.
