My journey into coaching started from a simple intention: to create spaces where people can slow down, hear themselves more clearly, and reconnect with authenticity, joy, and meaning in the way they live and make decisions. We all need support, just as I have, over the years, been supported by mentors, coaches, teams, and experiences that helped me grow. I began this journey with the belief that coaching would bring together all the pieces of my puzzle—my professional experiences (corporate, education, social sector, yoga), as well as my personal experiences.
My professional journey began in the private sector, in banking and financial services, where I accumulated over 20 years of experience, including leadership roles at both local and international levels. Seven years ago, I chose to shift my direction toward the social and educational sector. I started with Teach for Romania as a teacher in a vulnerable community—an intense experience that deeply transformed me and brought me closer to the true meaning of impact. I later took on coordination roles in two NGOs, focusing on the development of people, teams, and communities for a better future.
At the beginning of the coaching school, I used to say I was “a person on the road”. While at the end, I felt that I can always find myself happily at a crossroads, where multiple paths exist and can even complement each other.
From this blend of corporate experience, education, social impact work, and community engagement, my way of working has evolved: with more listening, clarity, and respect for each person’s pace. I continue to cultivate my ability to hold spaces free from rush and judgment, allowing things to settle and become clearer in their own time. For me, coaching is about supporting the emergence of a clarity that is already there, but needs time and presence to become visible.
