In 2010 I started my career as a finance people manager in an IT multinational company. A few years later, I realized that I was walking on a path of self-discovery and learning. Learning to look at myself and others with curiosity and to see the unlimited potential and uniqueness of each person I worked with. I am now a seasoned finance leader with a proven track record in reaching long-lasting results by building on people’s strengths and motivation, particularly in complex and uncertain environments.
As an ICF certified leadership and performance coach I get to fulfill my life mission, that of mindfully accompanying my clients, team members and peers in their journey towards discovering their inner motivation, personal value and authenticity.
