I'm Monica and I couldn't be more thrilled to be here. Reflecting on my journey, I realise how life's unexpected turns have led me to a profound transformation and a newfound purpose. With over two decades of experience as an accountant, my professional life has shaped me in many ways. But it was my personal story that ignited a fire within me and set me on a path towards coaching.
At the tender age of 33, I became a widow, and my world turned upside down. In the midst of grief and uncertainty, I found strength and resilience I never knew existed. But it wasn't until the pandemic hit, a time when the world seemed engulfed in darkness, that I stumbled upon coaching in the shoes of a client. Little did I know that this seemingly random encounter would be the catalyst for my own personal development.
Coaching unravelled both the good and the bad, laying them bare before me. And I cherished every moment of it. I fell deeply in love with the new version of myself that emerged from this transformative process and I wanted more. That was the moment when I realised the time had come to extend this love and guidance to others. Fuelled by this newfound passion, I embarked on the Transformational Coaching journey offered by Mind Learners —an experience that I can only describe as “real art”.
Driven by an unwavering passion for people and armed with the invaluable skills acquired from Mind Learners I am dedicated to empower introverted individuals. Being an introvert myself, I truly understand how they perceive and navigate the world. My mission is clear: to help introverted souls embrace their strengths, uncover their authentic voices, and create a life brimming with magic. I firmly believe that the true catalyst for change resides within each individual, as I often say, "the call is coming from inside the house". My role is to guide them towards the transformation they seek, empowering them to unlock their full potential.
Today, I proudly wear the hat of both, an accountant and a coach. But my calling lies in supporting introverted individuals because I truly understand their distinct perspective on life.
