I started from a rational profile (Finance Manager), integrated the gift of change (Change Management) and the importance of connection (Project Management). The constant in my work was the desire to build sustainable finance behaviors and to produce changes that would be helpful. And people are the most beautiful part of the work I've been doing for more than 16 years. They inspire me and significantly influence the results of my work. Feels like we're in partnership.
҉ How does the road from finance to coaching look like?
Easy. With harmony. I had the opportunity to meet the right people in MindLearners who opened my heart with new perspectives and awareness. Thus, my intuition received the "subtitle" that I was searching for 😊. Often, the only thing standing in our way is our fear, a limiting belief, a self-imposed obstacle. I already deeply believed in people's potential, I needed to also learn how to support them on their journey.

Am pornit de la un profil rațional (Finance Manager), am integrat darul schimbării (Change Management) și importanța conectării (Project Management). Constanta în munca mea a fost dorința de a construi comportamente sustenabile în financiar și de a produce schimbări care să fie de ajutor. Iar partea cea mai frumoasă a muncii pe care o realizez de mai bine de 16 ani o reprezintă oamenii. Colegii cu care am șansa să lucrez pe proiecte mă inspiră și influențează semnificativ rezultatele muncii mele. Simt că suntem în parteneriat.
҉ Cum arată drumul de la financiar la coaching?
Cu ușurință. Cu armonie. Am avut oportunitatea de a cunoaște oameni potriviți în MindLearners care să imi deschidă inima cu noi perspective și conștientizări. Astfel, intuiția mea a primit “subtitrarea” pe care o căuta😊. Deseori, în calea stării de pace stă doar o frică, o credință limitativă, un obstacol auto-impus. Credeam deja deplin în potențialul oamenilor, am și învățat cum sa îi susțin în propria călătorie.
